The selection of dogs for our breeding program is based on both the phenotype and genotype of each individual animal, they are handpicked and scrutinised thoroughly before their incorporation into our program, they are all tested for environmental soundness, self assurance and are all required to possess genetically balanced prey and defense drives. All our stock are sourced strictly from 100% working European bloodlines and have been screened and are guaranteed totally free from Genetic faults that currently plague the breed.

Working Vs Show - You Decide.
The German Shepherd is a Working Breed, not a show breed. The reason for the rapid deterioration of the German Shepherd breed worldwide is a result of the large prevalence of Fashionable Show Breeders. These people breed solely for the fashionable qualities of the breed, they place no emphasis on the character or working abilities of the breed. The result is a dog that may have the physical appearance of a German Shepherd but has the temperament of a timid alley cat, dogs with unstable, unpredictable, dangerous temperaments acting as representatives of the breed.
It is an all too common sight to see German Shepherd of today crippled from over undulating rear hind quarters and generally weak physical structure, a trait of Show bloodline German Shepherd. These so called enthusiasts and Professional breeders have single handily destroyed the German Shepherd as a viable working dog for use in law enforcement. Police and Military can no longer rely on the public donation system, having to source dogs from specialist breeders with bloodlines free from the influence of fashionable show breeding.
 Adding to the problem is backyard breeders who will buy a dog from a show breeder with papers and then breed it because it's a so called pure breed with pedigree papers, not knowing anything about bloodlines and genetics and 99.9% of the time owning a dog with poor genetics to begin with they will then go and breed with the guy down the road because they too have papers for their so called pure breed pedigreed dog. These people will then sell their genetically inferior dogs to the public with pedigree papers and the cycle continues, eventually generation after generation of this practice we arrive at where the German Shepherd is today, a breed riddled with so many heart breaking genetic faults and condemned to a life of pain and misery.
